The Royal Free London is a major London NHS foundation trust and teaching hospital. We undertook a series of stakeholder interviews as part of the discovery phase, to inform the project requirements and business case. We then worked with the in-house team to deliver the project including detailed planning, risk management and change control. The result was a new modernised website, to support better care for the trust’s local community and beyond.
